The highlight is the land-and-sea procession on 16 July at 20:00: the image of the Virgen del Carmen is carried out to sea on a fishing boat, escorted by dozens of vessels that accompany her across the harbour. On returning to shore, the fishermen carry the images on their shoulders to continue the land procession. To close, fireworks are set off from the Escollera Norte.
