Finca Aiguablava is located at the northern end of the beach, precisely where the promenade ends and the protected natural area begins. This gives it something very few accommodations in Gandía can offer: you have all the amenities at your fingertips—supermarkets, restaurants, the promenade—but without the noise and crowds of the city center.
L’Ahuir beach is a five-minute walk away. The protected dunes are visible. And in the background, always, is Mondúver mountain.
It’s the kind of place you can’t find by searching “apartments Gandia beach” on Google — and those who know it wouldn’t change it.

The surroundings: L'Ahuir beach and the Senda Marrón trail
L’Ahuir beach is one of the most unique on the Valencian coast. Long and unobstructed, it features dune systems covered in native vegetation, which the Gandía City Council protects with the highest level of conservation. The Kentish plover, a protected coastal bird, lives in its dunes, and its presence indicates the good health of the ecosystem.
To get there from Aiguablava, simply cross the promenade and follow the wooden walkways that traverse the dunes. Five minutes.
The surrounding area is also perfect for walking. The Senda Marrón – part of the official network of Urban Trails of the Gandía City Council – starts in the area and reaches L’Ahuir, skirting the Marjal dels Borrons, a wetland included in the protected area of the Marjal de la Safor, which is part of the Natura 2000 Network. A stunning landscape just a few meters from the sea.
