Our apartments are pet friendly. We are pet friendly. For many reasons. But, above all, because we understand perfectly and firsthand how important traveling with your pet can be for many.
For many people, having their pet around during the holidays can be comforting and helps reduce stress. In addition, animals also enjoy the company of their owners and may feel safer and calmer being in a familiar environment. Spending time with your pet strengthens the bond while reducing their stress, since most animals experience separation anxiety when left in an unfamiliar environment.
The starting point, as it could not be otherwise, is to think about the customer, about his experience. Enjoying a few days of rest is something sacred, and being able to provide an environment in which the client feels more than comfortable is our goal.
The Beach&Port are ideal apartments for people who want to enjoy everything: the rest of a few days on the beach, but also to go out for a drink, to see the Port of Gandia, to live it; to move. It is ideal for restless people who want to feel at ease when they get home.

Your stay with your pet in our apartments
We accept pets in most of our apartments* with an additional fee. This supplement, which amounts to €40 for one pet or €60 for two pets for the entire stay, ensures that the home remains in good condition after the pets visit and ensures the elimination of allergens for future guests. Before entering the house, it is necessary to pay this supplement.
Each accommodation allows a maximum of two pets, with a weight limit of 12 kg for each. However, breeds considered potentially dangerous (PPP) are not allowed. Even if the presence of pets is not declared, the corresponding supplement must still be paid after the stay.
If you come with your pet, you will have 2 bowls, for drinking and eating, and an extra quilt so you can put it on the sofa. Our apartments have square meters and terraces large enough to make your pet feel at home.
Regarding the possibility of leaving your pet at the accommodation while you are away, it is important to take common sense into account. If your pet is used to being left alone in the accommodation without problems, there is no problem. However, some dogs may feel uncomfortable and stressed when in unfamiliar surroundings, which may lead them to bark and annoy neighbors. It is essential to respect coexistence with neighbors, so this situation is not allowed.
In addition, it is important to note that pets are not allowed to relieve themselves on the terrace of the accommodation, whether defecating or urinating. It is the owners’ responsibility to ensure that their pet meets its needs appropriately and in appropriate places outside of common areas.
We must be aware of the comfort and well-being of our pets, as well as respect for our neighbors. If your pet feels calm and does not cause discomfort to others, there will be no problem leaving it in the accommodation during your absence. However, it is always important to ensure that the specific rules and requirements of the accommodation you are staying in are met.
Finally, you must deposit a refundable deposit of €200 to cover any damage it may cause.
Tu estancia con tu mascota en la Playa de Gandía
Hasta hace poco, en Gandía existía la Playa Can, una playa para poder ir con tus perros. Pero ya NO es así. Además, la normativa del ayuntamiento prohíbe que pasees por la playa con perros. Es importante que lo tengas en cuenta.
No obstante, la Playa de Gandía es un lugar ideal para ir con mascotas. Si tienes perro, por ejemplo, puedes disfrutar del enorme paseo marítimo peatonal paralelo al mar. Kilómetros de calle ancha viendo el mar, y parándote en cualquier sitio para tomar algo. Hasta llegar al espigón. Y ver las olas chocar contra las olas. Seguro que os gusta.
Además, cuentas también con parques, y un boulevard nuevo ideal para esos paseos.
Y si no conoces la Marjal te sugerimos que lo hagas sin falta. Tanto si vas con tu mascota como si no. Es un lugar idílico al que llegas andando desde tu apartamento. Una zona humedales y marismas que constituye un importante ecosistema de gran valor ecológico. Está formada por una combinación de lagunas, estanques, carrizales y zonas de vegetación ribereña. Este entorno natural alberga una gran diversidad de flora y fauna, convirtiéndolo en un lugar de interés para los amantes de la naturaleza y la observación de aves. Recuerda respetar las normas establecidas, como no salir de los senderos marcados y no molestar a la fauna, para contribuir a la conservación de este espacio único.

La normativa
Como para todo en la vida, lo normal es usar el sentido común y las normas básicas de convivencia. Como te hemos mencionado antes, no pueden ir a la playa y, como en otros lugares, han de ir atados. Igualmente, la Ordenanza municipal sobre tenencia de animales obliga a la recogida de las defecaciones realizadas por nuestras mascotas en la vía pública, así como a la limpieza con agua jabonosa de sus micciones.
